India-native math
Numbers in lakh and crore. FD compounding at the RBI quarterly standard. Tax in old and new regime. Loan EMI with the actual EBLR / RLLR reset behaviour. State-wise bank holidays under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
Sources cited
Statutory claims (LTCG / STCG rates, DICGC ₹5L cap, TDS thresholds, RBI repo, PMAY income bands) are anchored to the source Act, circular, or section – and dated. Bank rates are verified against each bank's own deposits or loan page on the date shown.
Freshness is visible
Every guide shows when it was last updated. Every rate-list page shows when each bank's rate was verified. Every holiday data page shows when the year's data was checked against the official circular.
No financial advice
PaisaMath provides educational tools and reference data. Calculator outputs are illustrative; for personalised advice, consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser or a mutual fund distributor. See the disclaimer.

Who built this
A small team, in Bengaluru.
PaisaMath is built and maintained by a small editorial and engineering team based in Bengaluru. We track RBI MPC announcements, NSE / BSE / MCX trading circulars, and Union Budget updates monthly; bank deposit and loan rates are re-verified quarterly; bank-holiday data is checked against the official RBI matrix every year.
We're not a brokerage, a mutual fund distributor, an aggregator platform, or a paid lead-generation site. There's no business model that depends on you signing up, opening an account, or buying a product. PaisaMath exists so that the everyday financial math Indians need to do – what's my SIP worth in 15 years, what's the EMI on a ₹50L home loan, is the market open today, when does my bank close for Diwali – can happen in one quiet, free place.
